Choose your favorite flag below and click on it. When you see the large version of the image, just RIGHT click on it and choose "Set as Wallpaper". That's all there is to it. You can also play with the Stretch and Center functions of the wallpaper. To do so, once you change your wallpaper, RIGHT click on your desktop, choose Properties, then change between Stretch and Center in the lower right and click OK. If you don't stretch it, you can change your desktop color to a complementary color like white or black. To change your desktop color, RIGHT click on your desktop, choose Properties, select the Appearance tab, change your color, then click OK.
