All fulfillment services are provided by CafePress.com. We design and upload images. When an order is placed, Cafe Press then applies the image to the items, packs the items for shipping, and processes your payment. For this reason, you'll want to contact CafePress directly via the links below if there is a problem with your order. Previous experience has shown Cafe Press to have very few problem orders, and excellent customer service when a problem does arise. We know how difficult it can be to buy products online that you can't touch, feel or try on (did you buy the right size? the right color?). You can purchase items from different Cafe Press stores in one transaction. Having multiple items in one transaction allows Cafe Press to ship your items together, lowering your shipping costs.
To purchase items from multiple
CafePress.com stores:
Visit the first store and order the items you want. Click on "Add to
Cart" for each item you wish to purchase. If you would like purchase
additional items from the first store, click on "Continue Shopping."
This will take you back to the store page. When you are done shopping in the
first store, click on "Continue Shopping."
At this point, you may click on the link to Radical T-shirts at the top of the page to see and purchase other available designs. You should notice that new items are added alongside the previous items you placed in your shopping cart.
When are ready to complete your transaction, simply click on the "Checkout" button and enter your order information.

If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To cancel an order, simply e-mail Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Revising Shipping & Billing information for an Order
If you have completed an order and wish to change your shipping or billing information, please call us toll-free at 1-877-809-1659 (Local/International customers may call 1-510-877-1579). Please have your order number ready when calling.
Cafe Press offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the U.S. plus international shipping across the globe.
In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Expedited (Next Day/2 Day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.

You may be subject to import duties, taxes and VAT (if applicable), which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Cafe Press, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing T-shirts, mugs, and mousepads will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
T-shirt value: $15.99
Mug value: $ 10.99
Mousepad value: $10.99
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Paying by Check Card:
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if
it was a regular credit card.
Authorizing Your Credit
Card:
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank
to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported
as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We
don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for
the items in your order until we are ready to ship them. It is not uncommon
for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the
card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties
in authorizing your credit card.
You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Ordering by Check or Money Order
To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an order number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:
